Turkey Hunting
With Yucatan Wingshooting, get ready to embark on an unforgettable ocellated turkey hunting trip in the jungles of Campeche .  WE HAVE SOME OPEN DATES AND PERMITS AVAILABLE FOR THE 2026 SEASON
Travel
Fly to Merida Yucatan or Campeche City.  If you fly to Merida we will pick you up at the airport and transport you to the lodge. We also have the option to be picked up and put on the Mayan Train where they will take you down to Campeche.  A new first class way to travel around the Yucatan Peninsula. 
Tarpon Fishing
We offer Tarpon fishing in this famous fishing area. 
 Miles and miles of mangroves and shallow seagrass beds and the most prolific baby tarpon fishery in the world.  The abundance of tarpon has to be seen to be believed and it is not uncommon to come across schools numbering in the hundreds. That doesn’t mean these are easy to catch as these fish are after all tarpon. 
The local fishery is protected as a marine reserve, preventing commercial fishermen from targeting the lagoons. With low-fishing pressure, as there are only seven guides working between San Felipe and Río Lagartos, the ecosystem thrives, supporting an exceptional fishery. When you go out to fish it is likely that you will be the only people fishing for miles around.
Although the focus is on baby tarpon there are other species worth chasing particularly by casting or spinning.
